TERMS & CONDITIONS

Roller Derby City (RDC) is a trading name of Custom Printing Services Ltd (CPSL), a company registered in England.  Our company registration is 074 3852, and VAT registration 103 3989 20.  CPSL is a wholly roller derby owned and operated printing company and we choose to trade as RDC as it better reflects our company's business.

'We' refers to CPSL, and 'you' refers to the customer.

TURNAROUND TIMES

Our turnaround times are offered as a guide, and we cannot be held responsible for actions outside of our control, such as  adverse weather conditions affecting transport.   When we quote a time in days, such as '5 days' to complete an order, this refers to UK working days, usually Monday - Friday and not including bank holidays.


PAYMENTS

Unless otherwise agreed, all invoices are due immediately, and we will not start production on any of our orders, until payment has been made in full.  We accept payment via debit or credit cards and bank transfer.  For non-UK team orders we also accept payment via Paypal.  Please note that we do not generally accept team orders being paid via Paypal because of their high fees, and we do not accept payment by cheque.


RETURNS POLICY

We can only accept returns on our custom garments (including individual scrimmage tops, merch and uniforms) if the product is faulty or does not match the order.  For example, a misspelled name.  Any faults or shortages on your order must be reported to us within 2 working days of  you receiving them, after this time we deem the order to have been checked and accepted by you.   If we agree that your product is faulty, we reserve the right to offer a refund or a re-print.


Please contact us to report any faults or issues before returning the goods, as in some cases we may just require a photo of the faults.


If you would like to arrange an exchange or refund on a non custom item  (i.e. garments bought from our apparel pages) then please let us know within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will arrange an exchange or refund.  You will need to cover the costs of returning the item(s), and we would always recommend that you choose a signed for or tracked mailing option to ensure it arrives.  We cannot be held responsible for items returned to us that go missing in the post.

If you would like to report a fault on a garment beyond the 2 days that does not fit with the usual wear and tear you would expect on an item, then on custom individual items we may offer a replacement, and on team orders, we may offer a replacement on your next team order.


CANCELLATION

When you pay for your order, we deem that the confirmation to produce your order for you. If, after payment, you wish to cancel your order in full or in part, if we have already gone into production then we will be unable to cancel your order.


DELIVERY 

Please not that we cannot accept responsibility for any failure on the part of a courier or delivery services to deliver the goods.  Please not that most couriers and delivery services, including Royal Mail, will deliver to a neighbour if you are not available to receive your delivery, as a default.  Should you not want this to happen, then you will need to opt out with the courier and Royal Mail.


COPYRIGHT 

When placing an order with us, you accept sole responsibility for copyright and the reproduction of images.  If you send us an image, logo or font we deem that you are either the owner, or if not, that you have permission to reproduce the artwork.  


All images and written content on this web site are the property of CPSL, unless otherwise stated, and you cannot use them without our express written permission.  We sometimes use images that are owned by other people, under agreement with them. We will state this accordingly, and you cannot use these images with the express written permission of the owner.


OFFENSIVE MATERIAL

We reserve the right to refuse to produce any garments or items if we deem the content to be offensive or with the potential to incite hatred.

ACCEPTANCE

When you place an order with us, we deem you to have accepted these terms and conditions.

COMPETITIONS

We run competitions through our social media networks, to enter these competitions you must comply fully with the terms advertised within them. If you are awarded a prize, then you will need to claim the prize by contacting us within 28 days of being notified of the prize. Please note that prizes are not transferable, and no cash alternative will be given.
