What Data We Keep and Why
When you place an order with us, purchase through our web store or register for our mailing list, we collect a certain amount of your personal data. When you place an order, we will collect and store your name, phone number, email address and delivery address so that we can make your order, contact you about it and deliver it to you. Without this data we wouldn't be able to make or deliver your order. We will not use your details to contact you about anything unrelated to your orders or responding to queries from you about our products and services.
We do not store any debit or credit card details, if you call us to pay via card over the phone, then we enter the details straight into our card processing unit and we do not store them elsewhere. Our web site uses Paypal or Stripe, and our and we do not have access to your card details when you use these payment processors. When paying by invoice, we provide the option for you to pay directly into our bank account via bank transfer, or via Stripe. Neither of these options gives us access to your payment details.
We do not record our phone calls.
Our Email Newsletter
You can opt in to receive our email newsletter (mailing list) so you can keep up with our product updates and special offers. You can opt in when completing a purchase on our web store or by entering your details here. You can opt out of our mailing list at any time, by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link in any email newsletter we may have sent you or by contacting us directly. We will never add your details to our mailing list without your permission.
Contracts With Third Parties
Sometimes we link to other people’s web sites, including our pages on social media networks and they will have their own terms and policies, which we can’t be held liable for. We recommend that you check out their policies before sending them any of your personal data, such as logging in to their sites.
We use web analytic tools provided by service partners such as Google Analytics, to collect information about how you interact with out site, including what pages you visit, what site you visited prior to visiting our web site and how much time you spend on each page. We use this information to improve our services. These tools place persistent cookies in your browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit our site. Though the information collected does not include personal data, such as your name, address, billing information, the information collected is used and shared buy these service providers in accordance with the individual privacy policies. You can control these by cookie banners that may be presented (depending on the URL of website visited) when you first visit our web page or by utilising settings in your browser or third party tools such as disconnect.
