CAN I GET MY TEAM LOGO PRINTED ON INDIVIDUAL ITEMS?
No ~ for team logo printing we prefer to use screen printing, as this is the best quality and longest lasting print technique, plus there is no limit to the detail we can include. The good news is, that with most logos, we only need a minimum order of 10 garments to go to print, plus team orders benefit from discounts, and free shipping (in the UK).
HOW DO I ORDER TEAM SCRIMMAGE TOPS?
We offer bulk discounts on all team scrimmage orders, plus free shipping within the UK. To order, drop us an email at email@example.com for one of our online order forms, and which you can use to detail your garments, sizes, colours, names and numbers. We can send out size guides, and details of all the different garments available.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A CUSTOM ITEM PRINTED?
For all individual custom items - including scrimmage tops, bum bags and sleeveless hoodies, we recommend allowing around 5 days from ordering to delivery (in the UK). We can turn things around a lot quicker, so if you urgently need a bout shirt, then give us a call on 01752 265 545 to place your order over the phone, and on most items we can offer a next day delivery service.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING IN THE UK?
Shipping on our team orders, merch and uniforms is free within the UK. Shipping on items purchased through our web store such as scrimmage top and apparel is £3.95, flat rate shipping.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UK?
Yes! We’re based in the UK, and ship worldwide! If you are based within the EU, then you can shop and order straight through our web store, and your shipping will be applied at the checkout. If you’re outside of the EU, including Norway, Switzerland, USA and Canada then we recommend that you get in touch with us to place your order, as our web prices already include UK taxes, and we can take the taxes out. Please note, you are responsible for paying any import duties that may be applied when your order arrives in your country.

WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE?
We send all our orders via courier so you can track your delivery, and you'll get an email letting you know when your order is on it’s way, and then an email on the day of the delivery confirming the time of the delivery. If you can’t be in to receive your delivery, then the courier will leave it with a neighbour, or you can respond to the courier’s email requesting they leave it in a ‘safe place’ of your choosing or you can change the day of your delivery to a more convenient one. If you let us know your mobile number when checking out of the web store, then you can also receive your delivery information by text message.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
We want you to be totally happy with your purchases from Roller Derby City, so if you're not, for any reason, then please get in touch with us. If you've ordered an apparel (non customised) item, then you are protected under the distance selling regulations, and you just need to get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving the item and we will arrange an exchange or refund, whatever you prefer. You will need to return the item to us in it's original, unworn, condition.
If you've ordered a custom item, and it is faulty such as a misspelling of a name, then please get in touch with us to arrange a refund or replacement item. In most cases, we won't need you to return the item, so please get in touch first. Please note, we can only offer a replacement on custom items if they are faulty, and we do need you to let us know about any faults or shortages within 2 days of receiving it/them. After 2 days, we deem that you have checked and our happy with your items.
WHAT ARE YOUR ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS FOR GETTING OUR LOGO PRINTED?
Great artwork gets great results! If you’re ordering merch or team orders, then you need to send us your logo as as psd, ai, eps or pdf. If you don’t have any of those, then a high res jpeg will do, minimum 300dpi
We will assume that any artwork you send us is suitable for printing and that you have permission to have them printed.
